WATCH LIVE as Gambakwe Media looks at the clash between the CHiwenga and Mnangagwa factions in Manicaland. This comes after Chido Sanyatwe implicated for recognising a demoted Chief Katerere in her constituency, because she wants to have total control of Manicaland province. Alexio Chinongwa Nyamhute was demoted last week by the High court. However, Chido still went on to recognise him as the chief on thursday, days after the ruling when opening a block of classrooms at Samanyika Primary school.
Chido Sanyatwe is the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage. She is the wife of Zimbabwe national Army commander, General Anselam Sanyatwe whom she married in 2022. She told the Newsday Newspaper that there is no need for her to favour chiefs as she has two chiefs in her constituency: Chief Saunyama and Chief Katerere.
