Mangwana says no one is above the law
Permanent Secretary in the ministry of Information Nick Mangwana says the country’s security arms will arrest every citizen in any criminal cases as no person, regardless of status, is above the law.
Mangwana said this in referrence to Mike Chimombe and Moses Mpofu wanted in connection with corruption and money laundering.
Recent ZACC report have revealed that the duo was given a US$88 million tender to supply goats under the presidential goat scheme.
Taking to X, Mangwana said: “Nobody is above the law. Lawbreakers will be arrested. Simpu”
Chimombe and Mpofu are also key suspects in the US$40 million deal with ZEC for the supply of poll materials.
