Businessmen Mike Chimombe and Moses Mpofu who are wanted for interviews by ZACC for alleged money laundering and corruption cases are currently out of the country, their lawyer Antonio& Dzvetero said.
In a statement, yhey stated that they are unable to present themselves for questioning or arrest by ZACC until their return.
This comes after they were invited for questioning in a case they are being probed for suspected money laundering.
The two are jointly accused along with businessman Wicknell Chivayo. They are key suspects in the US$40 million Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) tender scandal.
The duo has offered to cooperate with the ZACC once they are available.
