ZEC delegation led by Chairperson Priscilla Chigumba is in Moscow,Russia as part of the Election Observer Mission in the on-going Russian Presidential elections.
Chigumba said the invitation is an opportunity to exchange notes with the Russian Central Election Commission.
Russia held a three-day voting period where four candidates including the incumbent, Vladimir Putin are vying for presidency.
