The PhD Ministries leader, Prophet Walter Magaya is in hot soup as several people have dragged him to court for failing to give them their mininng shares after deposing huge sums of money.
Allegations are that Magaya lured the victims who are his followers to invest in a mining deal through Yadah connect which is the investment arm of the PHD church.
It is alleged that he also duped home seekers through a company called Planet Africa which deals with residential stands.
Moreover, greater efforts to get an official comment from him has been fruitless as his spokesperson Admire Mango has been unreachable.
