Former Bikita West legislator and convicted rapist Munyaradzi Kereke has appeared in court over fraud charges.
Kereke is being jointly charged with suspended Harare Municipal Medical Aid Society (HMMAS) chief executive Everisto Rukasha.
Kereke is accused of working with Rukasha to defraud HMMAS through the sale of his property, Fortress Hospital, for US$800 000 in 2014.
The two appeared before Harare magistrate Marewanazvo Gofa who remanded them in custody awaiting their bail hearing.
