Former ZANU PF MP for Mudzi North Newton Kachepa has died after being involved in a car accident in Murewa.
Kachepa who was recently installed as Chief Mukota passed away this morning at Marondera Hospital from injuries sustained in the crash
The vehicle driver lost control and veered off the road. The car then hit a pedestrian before rolling over.
Before his installation as Chief Mukota, Kachepa was the ZANU PF member of parliament for Mudzi North from 2018 to 2023.
