President Emmerson Mnangagwa is expected to arrive in Luanda, Angola, this morning for the Sadc Extraordinary Summit.
The summit is aimed at addressing the security situation in Eastern DRC where rebels are unleashing violence, resulting in over 260 000 people being displaced.
