Zimbabwean businessman July Ndlovu has been ranked the third highest paid Chief Executive Officer on South Africa.
Ndlovu, had over R129 million for the year 2022, making him the 3rd highest paid CEO.
He is the CEO of Thungela Resources Limited, a mining company in SA that produces and exports thermal coal.
July oversaw the successful listing of Thungela on the Johannesburg and London Stock Exchanges.
He has held the role of Chairman of the World Coal Association since July 2020
Ndlovu holds a BSc Engineering (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe as well as a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
He has also completed a Senior Executive programme with Columbia Business School, New York.
