He was arrested the previous day in connection with a shooting incident on October 19 in Ladanna, where he allegedly fired shots at another vehicle during a confrontation, seriously injuring a 34-year-old male occupant. Shebeshxt has been remanded in custody, and his case was postponed to Friday, November 21, 2025, for a formal bail application. His legal team maintains that the state’s case is weak and a formal trial for a separate 2022 attempted murder case is scheduled for February 2026.
