Hopewell Chinono has informed the public that Jacob Ngarivhume ‘s appeal will be heard at the High Court in Harare on Tuesday this week at 10am.
The judges who will hear the appeal are Justices Pisirayi Kwenda and Benjamin Chikowero.
Ngarivhume was jailed for 4 years for calling for peaceful anti-corruption protests after the frenzied looting of Covid-19 funds.
He was convicted and jailed in April this year at the magistrate’s court by magistrate Feresi Chakanyuka.
