PSL has summoned Highlanders and Dynamos to disciplinary hearing.
This came after last Sunday’s abandoned league match at Barbourfields Stadium.
Highlanders defender Peter Muduhwa is also charged, accused of inciting violence.
According to the summon, Highlanders face more serious charges.
