Minister of Finance Mthuli Ncube has lost Cowdray Park constituency to Citizens Coalition for Change candidate Pashor Sibanda.
Mthuli garnered 95 votes while Sibanda got 175.
Meanwhile, Mthuli has deactivated his free Wi-Fi service in Cowdray Park after losing.
