Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) yesterday arrested student activist and Zimbabwe National Students Union organising secretary Gamuchirai Chaburumunda.
In a statement, Amnesty International said Gamuchirai becomes the sixth University of Zimbabwe student to be arrested in the past four weeks.
Gamu was arrested moments after she had set for her exams.
The students, Darlington Chigwena, Benjamin Watadza, Emmanuel Chitima, Comfort Mpofu and Lionel Madamombe, have all been denied bail.
