Permanent Secretary of Information Nick Mangwana has unblocked Hopewell Chin’ono after four years.
Taking to social media, Hopewell said It was irrational for Mangwana to block him considering that his job is to monitor what is being said.
“Welcome to the hard hat area Cde Nick, please don’t pack your bags and go again! You have saved me the work of screenshooting your with burners whenever I wanted to comment on your content!”, said Chin’ono.
