Mpilo hospital doctors removed tumour weighing 30 kilogrammes in Portia Gowero’s stomach.
Gowero who is a mother of seven had lived with the growth for two years.
She underwent a major two-hour-long surgery at Mpilo on Wednesday which saw a team of 10 medical practitioners led by Professor Solwayo Ngwenya.
