United States Ambassador to South Africa, Reuben Brigety has apologised after accusing President Cyril Ramphosa of selling weapons to Russia.
This comes after Brigety was summoned by International Relations and Cooperation Minister Naledi Pandor yesterday
Pandor said SA conveyed its displeasure with Brigety on his conduct and he admitted that he crossed the line.
She said the relations between the USA and South Africa are cordial, strong and mutually beneficial.
