Twitter CEO Elon Musk has appointed Linda Yaccarino as the new CEO for the social media platform.
Announcing on Twitter, Musk said Yaccarino will primarily focus on business operations while he focuses more on product design and new technology.
Musk said he is looking forward to working with Linda to transform the platform. Yaccarino will join officially in six weeks time.
She was previously working as the Chairwoman of NBCUniversal global advertising and partnership.
