Millions of Zimbabweans youths have fallen victim to substance use and drug abuse due to a worsening political and economic crisis in the country.
A young man named knowledge Sayizi has reportedly gone mad due to substance abuse.
Speaking to Sekuru Kanengo, Knowledge revealed how ghetto youths use crystal meth.
He said he lights up the bottom of a carefully cut fluorescent light bulb and, using an improvised pipe, takes a deep puff of the small rock known as crystal meth.
After a few minutes of smoking the illicit drug, Knowledge said he will be disconnected from the world, as the effects of the crystal meth begin to kick in.
