Businessman Kenneth Sharpe’s Property developer WestPro Holdings Limited has postponed its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX).
WestPro announced the postponement of the listing to a yet to be announced date on Saturday.
In a statement, the company chairperson Michael Louis said the postponement of the listing, which had been scheduled for April 29, was necessitated by issues beyond their control.
Meanwhile, the company is being accused of misleading investors through its prospectus.
