The Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe has dismissed as false accusations that China is destroying the country.
This comes after Team Pachedu claimed that Deka river in Hwange is being heavily polluted by Chinese coal miners.
Addressing the issue, the Embassy said it awaits investigations by The Environmental Management Agency on the issue.
The embassy said any criticism targeting the whole Chinese investment without authorative investigation is groundless and therefore rejected.
