Former Warriors head coach Callisto Pasuwa could take over as Malawi national team coach on an interim basis.
Pasuwa was recommended as the best candidate to lead the national team which has been perfoming bad lately.
The recommendation comes after the Football Association of Malawi announced on Saturday that it will not renew Romanian coach Mario Marinica’s contract.
Pasuwa, 52, is currently the head coach of Nyasa Big Bullets. He led the Zimbabwe National team to the African Cup Of Nations in 2017.
