United States Vice President Kamala Harris has arrived in Zambia where she will spend the final two days of her week-long diplomatic visit to Africa.

Harris received a warm welcome from the Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema. The two also met for bilateral talks.

Kamala was also greeted by traditional dancers after landing in Lusaka, Zambia.

The VP has a personal connection to Zambia, where she spent time with her Indian grandfather during her childhood.

Kamala also visited a number of African countries including Ghana and Tanzania.
