ALICK Macheso wants Allan Chimbetu to unite with Suluman, Tryson and his son Douglas for the sake of Dendera music.
The sungura legend says the unity, which was demonstrated by the late Dendera co-founders, Simon and Naison, should guide the family members who are still in the trenches.
Macheso gave Allan free advice after their joint show at Makuluwani Gardens near White House Shopping Centre at the weekend.
“He is back, welcome back Allan, the father figure in the Chimbetu family,” said Macheso.
Excited by the crowd’s rapturous reception, Allan responded and embraced Macheso.
