Oscar Pambuka’s partner in crime, Psychology Maziwisa has been arrested over USD 12 650 tender fraud case.
A warrant was issued by the magistrate after Maziwisa failed to submit himself to authorities to go and serve 30 months in prison.
Pambuka is already serving two and half years jail term for the offense after he was convicted last week.
