Zimbabwean Billionaire, Strive Masiyiwa is celebrating his 62nd birthday. He is the founder of the econet group.
He was born on the 29th of January, 1961, and Masiyiwa is an entrepreneur and philanthropist.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wales and an Honorary doctorate from the Morehouse College for his philanthropy and humanitarian work.
Masiyiwa is Zimbabwe’s first Billionaire and is married to Tsitsi Masiyiwa and they have six children together.
Masiyiwa’s econet group has investments across Africa and these include Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, Liquid Telecom which provides fiber optic and satellite services to telecom firms across Africa.
