The court has allowed police to further detain Jaison until the 20th if January.
The police requested to have Jaison in police custody because they still need to interview him and also travel to Wedza for further investigation.
But Jaison requested the court to let him go to Remand, because he fears torture at the hands of the police.
Muvevi said the police had added extra handcuffs and had hung him from a bar.
