Wicknel Chivhayo of Intratrek has won US$ 22 million damages for breach of contract against Zimbabwe Power Company.
The contractual dispute has been going on since 2015 and this judgment brings a conclusion to this case.
The judgment was handed down by Justice Priscilla Munangati-Monongwa and it read “EPC contract is hereby declared valid and extant.
INTRATREK Zimbabwe was represented by Advocate Lewis Uriri while ZPC was represented by Advocate Daniel Tivadar.
