Olamide Olowe, the founder and CEO of Tropicals has become the woman to raise $10 million in venture capital according to Billionaires Africa.
The 26 year old businesswoman and serial entrepreneur owns a skincare company that creates skin products of all tones.
Olowe graduated from the University of California Of Los Angeles.
She is the first  black woman to a total of $15 million in venture funding since its inception in August 2020.
