CCC national vice chairman, Job Sikhala has said that the authorities want to keep him in jail beyond the 2023 elections.
Sikhala who recently celebrated his birthday in prison believes that the authorities want to keep him in jail till the July and August elections have taken effect.
In a birthday statement he released from prison, he said he draws inspiration from that he is not the first one to spend a birthday in prison.
Sikhala is facing charges of obstruction of justice and inciting violence.
