President Mnangagwa says paper qualifications are not enough.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said tertiary institutions and students should not only have pride in having paper qualifications but the ability to produce something tangible.

Mnangagwa was addressing Chinhoyi University of Technology students and ZANU-PF when he was launching an Industrial Cattle Fattening Pens and Medicinal Feed Factorsupporters at the institution’s farm.

He added that graduates are expected to produce something to contribute to development since the come out of institutions of higher learning.
