Retired Vice President General and Minister of Health and Child Care Dr Constantino Chiwenga has launched the National Surgical and Anaesthesia Strategy from 2022 to 2025.
Chiwenga yesterday launched a document at a conference hosted by the surgical society of Zimbabwe and the Zimbabwe Anaesthetic Association in Victoria Falls.
