The Zimbabwe Republic Police have issued out a press statement confirming the arrest of five armed robbers in connection with unlawful entry and theft cases which occurred between 2021 and 24 September 2022.
The accused are named ,Taurai Jirongo(34), Ellis’s Sibanda, Bongani Sibanda (28) and Hamilton Maphosa (50).
On 27 September the detectives got a tipoff and arrested the suspects at their hideout in Pumula.
The arrest led to the discovery of a machete ,knife and screwdriver which the suspects used in the robbery case which occurred in June five 2022.
