Ingutsheni Hospital is struggling to cope with swilling number of patients with mental illness mostly caused by drug and substance abuse problems.
Principal officer Egness Kawemba said this during an interview with New Diana on a ceremony to handover blankets and food stuffs by the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe(IPMZ) on Thursday.
IPMZ has been working and assisting mental health Institutions across the country over the years.
Kawemba said recently the mental health Institutions had been loosing six to eight qualified personnel every month who go to neighbouring countries for greener partners. She added that thy have been loosing six to eight qualified personnel every month due to them going to others.
