Bulawayo residents have slammed the council over its billing system in the city.
Residents last Friday handed petitions to all Bulawayo City Council revenue halls around the city.
Residents are concerned of the amounts that they are being charged for bills that are probably based on estimates.
Residents appealed to councillors and management to revisit their billing methodology
