Harare Polytechnic students were shut down over fees.
The Harare Polytechnic Principal Taffadzwa Mudondo said the fees is not expensive as it not worth not more than ZWL $13000 which is an average of US$ 35 which is paid per semester.
Mudondo added that some learners owe fees from 2019 . He said that they are at risk to sit for their certification exams as students cannot register without paying fees.
