Tendai Kwenda has been reinstated back to his position as the finance director at Harare City council after he was suspended .
He had been suspended since 2015 after he faced chargers for transferring US$70000 meant for provision of water, sanitation, education and recreational services into his personal bank account.
The board decided that the council reinstate Kwenda back to office with full benefits.
