Matebeleland Institute for Human Rights(MIHR) has petitioned the Bulawayo City Council to suspend the use of water billing system which has angered Bulawayo Residents.
This is after residents have been receiving high water bills even when the city has not been receiving water due to low water levels at its supply dams.
MIHR submitted a petition with 1513 signatures to local authorities from 56 suburbs.
