Operation Dudula has approached the Concourt to oppose the six months grace period granted to Zimbabwe Exemption Permits holders.
National secretary general, Zandile Dabula said the movement rejects the decision taken by the state to extend permits by six months.
It has instructed its lawyers to apply for direct access to the court with the intention of opposing the minister of home affairs’ decision of extending the ZEP.
