Illegal foreigners have been denied access to medical attention by the South African police.
In a video circulating online, illegal foreigners were told to go back to their country or pay for medical treatment because medicines are only for locals.
He added that they do not want to fight with foreigners adding that South Africans have to be catered first before foreigners.
