Legislator Job Sikhala’s lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa says she is not surprised that the magistrate denied her client bail application.
In an interview, Mtetwa said there is no justice in Zimbabwe as laws are not followed adding that all Sikhala’s cases are not being treated fairly.
She mentioned that they asked the state to bring down the Set down book to court but the magistrate said he has no power to do that as all the Sikhala’s cases are not fairly ruled
Mthethwa said the November trial date is a deliberate ploy to keep Sikhala in custody
