Former footballer Willard Katsande has revealed that he is aspiring to be a Zimbabwean Warriors coach.

In Conversation with sports journalist Yvonne Mangudya Katsande said he is looking forward to mentoring the national team.

Katsande opened up on his sad upbringing. He revealed that his father passed on when he was nine and had to learn to fend for the family at a tender age.

Willard Katsande was born on 15 January 1986 in
Mutoko, Mashonaland East Province.

Katsande began his career playing for local lower division clubs in Zimbabwe such as Frontier Steel (2002–2005), Feruka (2006–2007) and Highway (2007–2009) from where he was recruited to play for Gunners F.C. in Harare for the 2009–10 season.

Willard also revealed that his Boss YaMboka clothing line is booming although it started on a rough patch.

The soccerstar urged young people use social media for marketing their businesses because it is a big tool to up the business.
