The eNCA reports that six people have allegedly been shot dead and two more wounded at a tavern shooting in Savannah Park in Marianhill, KZN.
A group of unknown men is said to have stormed the tavern and started shooting at patrons.
There have been a number of tavern related shootings recently. Almost 39 people were gunned down in three different tavern shootings leaving up to 21 dead and 18 injured in July.
The tavern shootings came two weeks after 21 teenagers were found dead at a popular tavern in Scenery Park.
