South African radio station METRO FM has fired DJ Mpho Modise due to material breach of contract.
According to a statement released by the station, his contract was terminated due to material breach of contract.
This comes after a video of Mo G being manhandled by James Brown after he allegedly borrowed the dj his car but he refused to return it, circulated on social media.
Mo G joined Metro fm in 2017 from Kaya fm and initially hosted 2 shows, he hosted the Saturday breakfast show and ‘The Sunday Night Love’.
The station is yet to announce who will take over MO G’s shows.
