Vitalis Takawira Jr is continuing with his outstanding performances for Muskegon Risers as he scored twice for his team against FC Columbus.

Speaking after the game, Vitalis said it feels great winning the Great Lakes Conference championship.

“Honestly, it feels amazing. It’s my first so hopefully, there will be many more to come,” he said adding that; “to be a part of this, from the team to the work we’ve put in and everything, it just feels really amazing.”

He said he couldn’t have done any of it without his teammates and his coach Collins who tells him to train every day and to get close to the goal anytime the ball is in the box.

The 23 years old forward was born and raised in USA.

Vitalis is following into his dad’s footsteps. He is blessed with raw pace, silky skills and an eye for goal.
