Prominent Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has clashed with Binga MP, Prince Dubeko Sibanda over CCC shadow cabinet.
This comes after Sibanda protested against claims that appointments made by Nelson Chamisa were merely for parliamentary spokespersons.
Writing on Twitter,Chin’ono said by undermining the party’s Communications Department at the behest of outsiders Madubeko is showing lack of discipline.
“As a member of parliament when you use words like RETALIATE against citizens who have criticized MPs, how different do you become from ZANUPF which retaliates against criticism by arresting and jailing us. Are we safe when you have State power honorable MP,” wrote Chin’ono.
Responding to Hopewell, Sibanda said the journalist should should tone down on their uninformed criticism of MPs they will retaliate.
