Legislator Job Sikhala and Godfrey Sithole will spend two more nights at Chikurubi Maximum after the High Court postponed their bail hearing to this Thursday.
The State failed to respond timeously to the application. The hearing has been deferred.
The first attempt to have the appeal heard last week hit a wall after the presiding judge Munamato Mutevedzi demanded a transcribed record of proceedings from the magistrate’s court.
