Advocate Simba Chitando has dismissed as false allegations that they have withdrawn challenging the Minister of Home Affairs over the decision not to renew the ZEP permit.
This comes after a statement was released saying Aaron Motsoaledi has welcomed the withdrawal of the application filed in court by African Amity NPC and Zimbabwe Permit Holders Association.
Chitando said the case has not been withdrawn adding that the minister’s press statement is untrue.
He also stated that Motsoaledi lied, after defrauding Zimbabweans of hundreds of millions of Rands.
