Sungura maestro Alick Macheso set up a temporary classroom at the Aquatic Complex in Chitungwiza to spend the day with pupils from Nadia’s Primary School in Hatfield.

He held a tutorial session which involved pupils from ECD-A to Grade 7. The tutorial session had a question and answer segment after a discussion.

The session was dubbed the Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) tour and is part of Nadia’s Primary School’s fulfilment of the new curriculum requirements.

Speaking to H-Metro on the sidelines of the VPA tour, Macheso hailed the government for introducing the subject saying it will help music to be appreciated at a young age.
