Responding to Senator Khaliphani Phugeni, Zimbabwe Finance Minister, Prof Mthuli Ncube said shops in Zimbabwe can only charge goods at the official exchange rate and not at the parallel rate.
Sen. Phugeni told Gambakwe Media that the country is becoming unstable because of inflation and the current situation can be compared to the one that was present in November 2017.
